Mentorship Success E-Academy

We are an online learning resource entity that has pooled together our expertise in life and business, learning resources, passion for mentoring and imparting knowledge and expertise in order to offer access to a diverse group of youth and young adults on the African continent and diaspora. We are not a formal academic institute and as such we are up front about why and how we intent to impact the lives of less fortunate young adults without the burden of a financial impediment to learning. Out team have pursued and achieved academic graduate degrees, certifications, training and many other formal achievements in various subjects and professions. The diversity of both our academic accolades and practical skills at business ventures, life events, boardrooms and classrooms has afforded us a breadth and latitude of experiences that are a treasure chest of wisdom and skills that are worthy of sharing and showcasing as we uplift our e-learning community.

We take seriously the comradery, culture, collaborative mindset and academic passion of our mentorship team of leaders who are joint venture partners, relatives and longtime friends. As we grow, we intend to expand both our pool of e-course creators, mentors and e-team members to include candidates outside our current team of family, friends and colleagues who are a constant in our individual daily lives, be it virtual or in person. The essence, success, stability and safety of our community of e-learners and content providers is central to how we manage and engage with every member of our community with a goal of a respectful, frictionless, coordinated and confidence affirming shared learning experience centered around accountability, cohesive communication, trust and transparency.

Oure- team has an e-team with a diverse spectrum of skillsets, career experiences, e-course creation expertise, delivery strategies, innate strengths, passions and objectives. However, we all have a shared devotion, understanding and appreciation of the mission, vision, goals and systems that guide the overall development of curriculum, content delivery and e-course formatting that respect and leverage each e-partner's talents, qualifications, personal obligations and time commitments without sacrificing the quality of the e-learning experience offered. Our learners will have a combination of solo created and delivered e-courses as well as collaborations amongst the e-team in order to deliver a rich and comprehensive selection of e-learning options
